Sign up for contests Friday are 5-7pm, Saturday and Sunday will be from 1-3pm, judging will begin at 7:30pm on Friday and 4pm Saturday and Sunday.
There will be a $10 entry fee per tattoo and a $5 entry for tattoo of the day.
All tattoos must be completely healed except for tattoo of the day.
Judging for tattoo of the day will begin at 9pm each night. Top 5 tattoos will then be judged on Arena stage to announce winner.
Men and women will be combined and there will be awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
